About Our Dietitian

Our dietitian, Nicole Matala has extensive experience and training and has helped many Triangle area residents live healthier lives. 

Not only is she a registered dietitian nutritionist, but she is also a certified diabetes educator and board-certified specialist in sports dietetics.

What is sports dietetics? 

This is the branch of nutrition which helps athletes and other active individuals develop nutritional strategies that both maximize their performance and enhance their lifelong health.
