APPOINTMENTS

To schedule an appointment:

Click the “request appointment” button below or you can call the office at 919-859-5955 between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. We also offer Saturday appointments @ the Raleigh Adult Medicine location @ 3200 Blue Ridge Suite, Suite 200 in Raleigh from 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Accepting patients at Cary Medical Group internal medicine practice

We are pleased to offer same-day appointments for routine and urgent needs. Call our office at 919-859-5955 to schedule your same-day appointment.

NOW ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

At the present time, the following providers are accepting new patients:

CHECK IN

Please come about 15 minutes early to check in and make sure all your insurance information is up to date. Always bring your insurance card to every visit to Cary Medical Group. It really helps with the administration, filing and processing of each visit. Due to Federal Regulations, all patients will be required to present a valid photo ID upon request.

CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make an appointment as we reserve the right to charge for visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
