Cary Medical Group is an awesome, caring and professional team. Dr. Susan Crittenden has been my primary doctor for many years, and I would not go to any other doctor. She is compassionate, caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I always get an appointment when I need it. Check in is quick. If I need to ask a nurse a question, I leave a message and I get a call back in a timely manner.

I’ve been seeing Becky Boettcher for over 5 years now as my primary care physician. She is an excellent provider, and very warm and personable. I am so appreciative to have a doctor who listens to my concerns, takes time to find the right diagnosis/solution, and makes referrals when she sees the need.

The practice as a whole has always been a good experience for me. The staff is organized and friendly, the COVID precautions/protocol have made me feel safe.
