New Patient Appointments

To establish yourself as a patient with the Cary Medical Group call the office at 919.859.5955 during office hours 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. If we are accepting new patients an initial appointment will be scheduled and a primary care giver will be selected.

For your first appointment please come 20 minutes early to check in and complete all the necessary paperwork.To save time you can download the forms by clicking New Patient Information & Registration. Always bring your insurance card(s) and photo ID to every visit to Cary Medical Group. It really helps with the administration, filing and processing of each visit.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make an appointment as we reserve the right to charge for visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Since physical exam spots are more limited than standard office visits, please schedule these visits 3 months in advance.

Instructions for Scheduling/Completion of Lab Work

You will be scheduled to have your labs drawn on a specific date/time. It is important that you come on that scheduled date so the lab requisition will be completed appropriately in anticipation of your arrival. To schedule upcoming lab appointments, please contact Cary Medical Future Appointment Scheduling Department at 919-859-5955.

You should report to LabCorp, 530 New Waverly Place, Suite 306, Cary, NC 27518, at your scheduled lab appointment time.

For fasting lab tests, please do not eat or drink anything, other than water, 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you are diabetic, please check with a physician before fasting. We encourage you to drink plenty of water. You may take your medications prior to your lab visit unless a medication level is being measured (digoxin or seizure medication, for example. Your nurse will give you specific information if medication levels are to be drawn.

Please do not arrive on a date other than your scheduled day for your lab work.

Co-Pays

All co-pays are due the same day as your visit.

Please print out the documents for your review and/or completion and bring them with you at the time of your first appointment.
